IQ Plus is a broad based educational services company started in December 2009. What we do:
- GCSE and A level Courses
- Home Schooling Experts – Timetabled lessons, Students can join in as and when.
- UCAS application – Help and Guidance with choices and personal statements
- 11+ Training – with high success rate
- CV writing
- Job sourcing and placement
- Access to University Courses
- Childcare and learning support trainer
- First Aid (all types)/Health and Safety/Food Safety/ Manual Handling/Risk Assessments
- ESOL
The aim will be to secure academic success for young people, this inevitably will lead to wider cultural understanding, cohesion and sustainable employment and benefit the City of Peterborough as a whole.
IQ Plus is proposing to integrate a tried, tested and proven model. IQ Plus intends to add significantly more value, targeting those most disadvantaged from the lower socio-economic spectrum.

The rationale of the IQ Plus project is that young people who are facing the greatest barriers to improvement in education need specialist and holistic support, consistently delivered by trusted and qualified tutors: i.e. support, training and skill enhancement. Individualised and where appropriate intensive support will address their personal needs in ways which will add value. Furthermore, it works on the principle that these young people need short and medium term incentives and quick, tangible rewards if they are to remain motivated towards achieving sustainable education. IQ Plus also aims to provide continual positive reinforcement to build up students’ self-confidence and self-esteem.
