Jack Hunt Swimming Pool : Longthorpe
The Jack Hunt Swimming Pool is a conventional rectangular, school sited swimming pool, which measures 25m x 9.5m & is 0.9m at the shallow end and 3.0m at the deep end.
The swimming pool shares it's home with the Jack Hunt Secondary School.
The Jack Hunt Swimming Pool and Gym offers great local swimming pool and gym facilities, just 2.5 miles north west of the city centre in the Longthorpe and Netherton area.
A swimming pool with lessons, a wide variety of swim sessions. eg disabled swim sessions and Wacky Water swim sessions.
Children using the pool under the age of eight must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian or a suitable, responsible adult who is at least 18 years old.
The responsible adult must be in the pool at the same time as the child.
Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
An adult may accompany up to two children between 5 and 8 years old.
Also provides lifeguard training.
