My Tough Mutha class is for women who are 6 months + postnatal clients and looking for a more challenging and results driven workout (whilst still focusing on issues relevant to post-natal recovery), as well as building strength, stamina and fitness. The classes are also perfect for those mums who had children several years ago, but are struggling to lose the last of the baby weight and that mummy tummy. HOW DOES TOUGH MUTHA HELP YOU? - A more challenging and results driven workout, still focusing on issues relevant to post-natal recovery, but building strength, stamina and fitness. - Effective fat burning exercises – to help you shed any remaining baby weight - Made up of the right activities to help combat that mummy tummy - Realistic meal planning to ensure you are having a healthy diet - Discussions on the challenges and joys of being a mum - Supportive friendly group - Opportunity to meet other local mums Suitable from 6 months+ post birth (& perfect for those who had children several years ago too, but are struggling to lose the last of the baby weight and that mummy tummy) I also run a similar, but less intense post natal class for mums less far through their recovery or with younger babies.
