Supported Living For 16 - 19 Year Olds
We provide a service whereby we assist young people in, adapting to and coping with independent living. We will look to provide them with valuable life skills such as budgeting, domestic skills, job seeking, education and training opportunities.
Details :
To provide specialist support to care leavers by providing supported living and appropriate accommodation, that has a safe and supportive environment that promotes the young persons potential to achieve and succeed within their community.
Professional assessment and interventions are supported through individualised support plans.
Safe and appropriate accommodation within the Young Person’s community.
Initial high-level support that is tapered down as independence and life skills are achieved and evidenced.
Move on assistance with sourcing accommodation in both the social housing and and private sectors, with assistance in gaining education, employment or training opportunities as part of the program.
Staff on call 24hrs a day for support and advice.
