A Total Body workout designed to the beat of the music. These sessions will help shape and tone your muscles whilst hitting your cardiovascular system. We will work on Strength and endurance exercises to challenge you and change you. The Ideal class to improve your overall fitness. All of our classes are currently taught LIVE on Zoom so your Instructor can see, guide and coach you throughout your entire session. you will need an exercise mat. Please note - We will be adding light weights into some of our sessions which can also be substituted with household items. Your instructor will let you know before the session if these will be needed.
