Hatha Yoga Flow

Join me for yoga practice every Saturday morning at 10.30am. This practice is suitable for all levels of ability and experience. We will use breathing techniques to calm the mind, connecting the mind to the body and postures to create strength, flexibility and resilience in both the mind and the body. A regular practice is a great tool kit to have in your bag of self-care to help you feel grounded, connected to yourself and to learn to manage stress and anxiety.
