is an Independent Specialist College (ISC) operating in the East Midlands and the East of England.

Our nearest location in Peterborough is the Hampton Resource Centre.

Our philosophy is that we always put the individual first. We support and work with each learner so that they can grow in confidence, develop independence skills and have opportunities for personal fulfilment. Sense College aims to inspire each individual’s capacity to learn and develop their potential.

The College’s specialist curriculum enables all learners to make significant progress towards the life goals they have chosen and each achievement is fully recognised, embraced and celebrated.

For young people agesd 16 - 25

Sense College provides two different services within the centres:

  • An Education Programme, consisting of a more formalised approach to learning for young people and adults aged between 16 and 25 years old.
  • An Everyday Living Programme, which provides day services and activities for adults aged 18 and upwards from a social care perspective.

All of our centres have specially designed facilities and equipment that enhance your learning experience.

These include fully equipped multi-sensory rooms and sensory gardens to aid stimulation, mobility and relaxation, assistive learning technology, and sport and leisure facilities.
