Hatha Yoga for Beginners

This yoga practice will introduce you to asanas (posture), pranayama (breathing techniques and mudra (hand positions). In this one hour session, suitable for absolute beginners you will develop awareness of the body, learn to calm the mind, reconnect to your inner silence and strength. Developing your flexibility and strength and help you to manage the stress that we can feel from just being human! We will finish with a relaxation that will bring you into a calm and relaxed state of body and mind.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, wear comfortable loose clothing, no footwear required. Please wear clothing that is loose enough to enable you to stretch legs/arms without restrictions - simple leggings/tee/vest top is fine.. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, yoga/pilates/exercise mat. Yoga/exercise mat if you have one otherwise start with a beach towel.
