A legs bums and tums workout. This workout ensures a total body conditioning workout. You can use resistance bands for an added burn but it's not essential. Please note hand weights or tins of beans/water bottles can also be used. This class is low cardio and superb for conditioning and toning the body.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, wear comfortable loose clothing, bring trainers. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, a sweat towel, yoga/pilates/exercise mat, a stretch band. Please stay hydrated and if you need to use a sweat towel you are welcome to use one. All exercises can be done with bodyweight if you don't have or don't want to use a resistance band..
