Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, wear comfortable loose clothing, no footwear required. Wear comfortable clothing eg jogging bottoms / leggings and a T-shirt. Trainers are not worn during class but you will probably want to leave your socks on to keep you warm.. Equipment you need to bring: yoga/pilates/exercise mat. You will need a mat (or even a thick towel) to lie on and a small towel to use under your head..
