Heath Farm Family Services Ltd

Heath Farm is an independent fostering organisation operating in Kent and London, specialising in caring for children and young people who have complex emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties. For many reasons, the children referred to us can no longer live with their families. Our job is to find them suitable homes with our community of skilled foster carers, and to support them in education, therapy and contact with their family.
