Health Trainer Service, for anyone over 16 who needs a hand with issues such as weight management, stopping smoking, drinking less alcohol, or eating more healthily. Once again please see attached information and referral form. Individuals are welcome to self-refer.

Take up of this free service has so far been very poor, so it would be really good if we could promote it and encourage anyone who might benefit. There is absolutely no stigma, support is done on a 1:1 basis and it’s all confidential
