Total Body Conditioning

Small Group Online Total Body Conditioning. This session is designed for all fitness levels including postnatal mums. During the 45 minute session we burn up to 400 kcal. All you need is an exercise mat or a large towel, free weights and resistance band/loop (if you have them), otherwise some tinned food or bottled water will do. Body Conditioning is a non-impact, floor-based class that uses hand weights to condition and sculpt all body parts. It is ideal for anyone looking for an intense toning class that is mixed impact, with low impact options. I will correct and guide you on your form and remind you where you should feel the exercise working. The coordination factor is low. Anyone can do this, although it may take a few sessions to learn proper form. What is Body Conditioning good for: It gives you strength and muscle tone as well as improving your bone density. Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear comfortable loose clothing, bring trainers, no footwear required. you can stand on the mat if you don't want to wear trainers. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, hand weights, yoga/pilates/exercise mat. exercise mat, free weights (tinned food, bottled water, book), resistance bands, loops.
