Classes Thursdays 7.30pm and Saturdays 9.45am. Online classes are £3.50. When we get back to in person classes it will be £6. Use the code 'ACCIDENTALFREEBIE' for your first class free! Dance fitness in a darkened room son no need to feel self conscious. Dance away to latin and word rhythms and chart hits too! Great cardio and toning work out! :)
