Boogie Bands - Online Live Zoom Class with Eve (Resistance Band Workout)

A 30 minute Resistance Band workout program with a difference! We boogie to the funky tunes and pumping beats, we turn sweat into sparkle and nasty squats into nice sway (kind of. haha!). This resistance band workout helps to strengthen our glutes, legs and core, and with optional added wrist weights we can tone up our upper body and arm muscles too. We make the choreography easy to follow and we provide high or low intensity options to suit all fitness levels. My aim is to always promote a fun, friendly, informal and relaxed class atmosphere. Here at my class everyone follows their own pace and suitability, we support and motivate each other, we never judge nor criticise. Just come along with your smile and a fun attitude. Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, wear comfortable loose clothing, bring trainers, no footwear required. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, yoga/pilates/exercise mat. 1 x Resistance band 1 x Exercise mat (yoga mat) or thick towel Optional additional equipment: 1 pair of light wrist weights (less than 1kg each) or 1 pair of light dumbbells (less than 1kg each).
