We are a free service for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough residents who are looking to make changes to their lifestyle.

Commissioned by Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council, we are here to help with every aspect of your health, fitness and wellbeing, with all of our FREE programmes proven to have long term benefits.

So, whether you want help to quit smoking, lead a more active lifestyle, lose some weight, or simply take advantage of the NHS Health Checks we offer, Healthy You can help you.

Our services are usually delivered face to face in community venues however due COVID-19, we are currently operating a phone-based service to provide support in line with current recommendations.
