Join me for new Hoop HIIT sessions on zoom. What is Hoop HIIT? In the same style of high intensity interval training, you will be exercising in short bursts at an intense level with breaks in between. The difference is you will be using a hula hoop to do this! Approx 200 calories are burned in this fun 30 min session. You are improving your cardiovascular (heart) health as well as creating a strong core, toned arms, legs and bum. This can be done in a small space as most of the moves are focused on your waist. Equipment needed: A hula hoop, you can message me if you dont have one and I will help you find the right size.
