Feel Good Fitness is an energetic, full-body group workout for any age and any fitness level. High energy interval training is combined with strength and stabilisation exercises, toning and cardio all rolled into a super sesh to give you a great top to toe workout! Classes are varied, energising and fun with focus on target areas as well as a full body blast! Modifications are provided for each fitness level, come and give it a try, I promise you won’t regret it! Tone up Tuesday A full all over body workout to strengthen and tone with a focus each week on target areas. Turn up your tunes and set the week off right! High and low impact modifications provided. No equipment required. Minimal space needed. Thursday HIIT Squad HIIT, cardio low impact and core workout focusing on fat loss and building strength and stamina whilst having fun. Weekend Warriors Sunday Service A feel good super session to get your day started with a bang! HIIT, strength and conditioning, toning, cardio, ab blast, core strength! We’ve got it all going on!
