FITSTEPS is a combination of the best known and most popular Latin and Ballroom dances, designed by two of the best Strictly Come Dancing dancers and dance teachers in the UK, Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite. The dances are combined with proven fitness techniques to make every class a real workout and strictly fun. Learners do not need to be able to dance and you do not need a partner.
