You can access FREE, confidential counselling at our dedicated Health and Welbeing Hub in Welland. You can self- refer or be referred by your GP or a health care professional and receive a free assessment to determine the best course of treatment for your needs. This may include guided self-help, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and counselling, or being referred back to your GP for secondary care.
