Online Pilates: Morning Flow

Develop control of your body while strengthening your core and increasing your flexibility. Attend weekly to get the full benefits, as we progress with each session. During this class we flow from one exercise straight into the next. There are no pauses for corrections, making this class one of our hardest!

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, no footwear required. Try to wear clothing that does not restrict your movement.. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, a sweat towel, yoga/pilates/exercise mat, a stretch band. Please have ready to use at the side of your mat: an exercise band (or a towel), a small cushion (or a small towel folded up), a yoga block to sit on. .
