Flowetic is a beautiful class combining dance, toning and strengthening exercises alongside stretching and relaxation. This is currently an online class, live streamed on ZOOM. Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, wear comfortable loose clothing, no footwear required. Wear comfortable clothing, if your surroundings allow it - you can do the class barefoot. All the cardio and strengthening of the class is low impact on the body.. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, yoga/pilates/exercise mat. Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water with you to class..
