Operating since 1978, Cambridgeshire Consultancy in Counselling (CCC) is a mental health charity providing affordable counselling and related mental health services to organisations and to those in the local community who either can't afford to pay market rates or wait for a GP appointment, ensuring a lack of funds is no barrier to getting help. Counselling sessions are heavily subsidised for those on low incomes.
CCC supports people with a wide variety of problems; including anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, critical or chronic illness, disability, life change and many more. CCC is operating a remote counselling service via telephone or video link during the isolation periods of the COVID-19 crisis. Our receptionist will return your call and establish whether counselling support if the right solution for you. All sessions are individual and available to anyone aged 16 or over - currently provided using the English language only.

- Costs are calculated on a sliding scale according to the gross annual income of an individual. Please discuss your fee confidentially with our counselling receptionist.

CCC also produces a number of Self Help Guides for anyone who is not sure whether counselling would be the appropriate option for them. These are accessible free of charge via the CCC website.
