Katsu Academy of Shotokan Karate

The aim of the club is to promote the traditional art of Shotokan Karate.

The club is open to men and women of all ages. Children aged 6 and over are welcome.

Benefits of regular training include improved fitness, increased stamina and suppleness, and greater confidence. Practical self defence techniques are also taught.
