Using your own body resistance or dynabands, tube bands, weights this fun class is great for toning up and building fitness. Increase energy, improve balance and posture at the same time as you will be doing some core work too. All exercises can be done seated or with the support of a chair. Work at your own pace.

Clothing instructions: wear comfortable loose clothing, bring trainers, wear flat shoes. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, hand weights, a stretch band. Class can be done without equipment or by using improvised weights such as water bottles.
