Online Intermediate/advanced mat class

This is a more challenging class - it will bring together your knowledge of mat and tower classes and will move through the 34 moves of Joseph Pilates. This order of exercises allows you to get stronger, more flexible deepen your core strength and stability. As you become more familiar with the order you can take each exercise and get better every time you do it. A great way to start your day and keep you feeling energised and strong!
