Intermediate Level - Body Control Pilates, mat class

This class is suitable for anyone who has experience of mat Pilates and is looking to progress, build strength, increase mobility and be challenged in a fun and friendly class. In the class we occasionally use props such as hands weights ( food cans also work well) , small pilates balls and long stretchy bands ( you can use a pair of tights ) . We will work through many of the classical mat exercises adding our own interpretation and creativity.
