Barre - Virtual

Barre is a full body conditioning class combining elements of ballet inspired movements with pilates and yoga. We use a chair or hard surface as a barre and a mat or blanket for our floor work. There is a weighted arm section in this workout - if you have handweights, great... if not please don't worry as you can add them at another time. Any questions please let me know :)
