Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, wear comfortable loose clothing, bring trainers, wear flat shoes, no footwear required. Comfortable clothing and preferably nothing on your feet. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, yoga/pilates/exercise mat. Mini ball will be used during the class, so you can use a childs ball if you haven't got one. .
