Lifeline 24 is a dedicated national Telecare provider that provides a low-cost Telecare personal alarm service. Our alarms are designed to aid vulnerable people, those suffering from a long term medical condition or learning or physical disability to live more independently, knowing that help is always available at the press of the button. The alarms can be vital for those recovering from an illness and provide peace of mind for families worried about a loved one living alone.

Once you join our Lifeline Personal Alarm service, you are connected to our highly trained Care Team who provide a platinum level of service to all users. Day and night, our care team, who have been accredited by the Telecare Services Association, are on hand to support you at home.

Most of our customers come from referrals, either from existing customers, loved ones or by medical professionals who know the needs of our potential customers the most.
