The Vivacity Lifestyle Membership Scheme is a 3 month programme that your GP or healthcare professional can refer you to.

If you are inactive and/or are at risk of chronic illnesses this scheme can help you increase your quality of life and improve your lifestyle choices with specialist support and guidance by fully trained and qualified instructors who have specialist training in cardiac prevention/rehabilitation, health, obesity, diabetes and GP referrals.

This membership is for you if you suffer from:

• General health conditions or weight issues
• Diabetes or Arthritis
• Chronic Heart Disease
• Mental Health issues
• Chronic Fatigue
• Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Pulmonary, Neurological conditions

3. Take your stamped referral card to any of our six Vivacity centres

Vivacity Lifestyle Membership includes:

• 3 month programme of specialist support and guidance
• ‘Vivacity Voyage’ a 3-step programme tailored to your specific health needs
• A personal induction with full access to 2 pools, four gyms and over 90 classes
