BarreFloor is a 60 minute matwork class combining elements of Pilates, yoga and ballet conditioning. This class strengthens the core, stretches the body and relaxes the mind. A low impact class, it is kind to the joints and helps improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance and co-ordination. No experience is needed. All abilities, from complete beginners to more advanced exercisers, will be catered for. Options are always given throughout the class so that participants can exercise at their own pace. You may wish to use an exercise mat for this class.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
Clothing instructions: wear sportswear/gym clothes, wear comfortable loose clothing, no footwear required. Classes are done in bare feet or in yoga socks. . Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, a sweat towel, yoga/pilates/exercise mat, a stretch band. Equipment is optional but you may wish to use a mat and stretch band/towel for comfort. .
