Tone it up

Tuesday 9.30-10.30am Wednesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm With Kathryn Edwards. This is a body pump style class using weights with music, it is both fun and challenging and you will be able to push yourself further in time with the music to achieve a FULL body workout. We will be focusing mainly on weight resistance training and core stability in order to make everyday things become much easier. Don't think this is easy, it will still be tough but much more Low Impact. There is an option for virtual and one for physical. Physical slots are limited to 6 and virtual ones to 15 both will be available to book.
